This is a companion document to the main PDMA Innovation Management Standard(TIM-PD-001-STD), the Interpretation Guideline (TIM-PD-003-GL) and supportingdocumentation.

This document explains in detail the certification and accreditation scheme of the TotalInnovation Management Foundation and the Product Development and ManagementAssociation, for its registrars, accredited consultants, trainers and auditors. It gives ahigh-level but congruent overview of the roles of the TIM Foundation and the PDMA,their accredited partners, such as Certification and Training Partners, how theycooperate, and which guidelines, requirements and protocols are applicable,collectively referred to as compliance documents.
